I am a professor and researcher with over 20 years of experience in interdisciplinary research, organisational development, strategic decision-making, and human behaviour. My expertise combines management sciences, psychology, and digital transformation, with a particular focus on the human and organisational factors influencing the successful adoption of innovative technologies.
My work focuses on psychological safety, user acceptance, stakeholder engagement, and evidence-based decision-making. I have extensive experience in coordinating interdisciplinary research projects, facilitating international collaborations, and translating research findings into practical organisational solutions.
With additional qualifications in psycho-oncology, mentoring, and life skills training, I bring a strong understanding of human needs, communication, and behavioural challenges in healthcare environments.
I am particularly interested in supporting MedTech innovation through human-centred approaches, stakeholder needs assessment, organisational readiness evaluation, and implementation strategies that help bridge the gap between technological development, healthcare professionals, and end users, ultimately contributing to more accessible, effective, and sustainable healthcare solutions.
I am a medical doctor with nearly 20 years of clinical experience in internal medicine and haematology, specialising in the treatment of leukaemia and bone marrow transplantation. I graduated from Semmelweis University and have also been actively involved in undergraduate and postgraduate medical education.
For the past two decades, I have worked in pharmaceutical research and development, contributing to projects on multidrug resistance and the development of in vitro diagnostic (IVD) devices. A significant part of my work has focused on the management and coordination of clinical studies.
Since 2022, I have been a Clinical Expert at QTICS Group, supporting the conformity assessment of medical devices and IVDs under the EU MDR and IVDR, with a particular focus on clinical and performance evidence.
My expertise lies in rehabilitation and human movement analysis, complemented by a PhD in digital health and rehabilitation technologies. I specialise in eHealth, digital rehabilitation, senior care, home care, and remote care. Currently, I lead the CrossRehab pilot programme at the Mátra Home Care Living Lab, where I coordinate measurements, rehabilitation interventions, and the testing and practical implementation of digital health technologies.
My work focuses on bringing innovative digital solutions into real-world healthcare and rehabilitation settings, particularly for older adults. I am interested in the development, validation, and practical application of digital health and rehabilitation technologies that support independent living, person-centred care, and more accessible, effective rehabilitation and home care.
I have 12 years of professional experience in the IT industry, working as a systems analyst, data engineer and IT project manager in software engineering departments of international business consulting firms. I graduated with a master’s degree in economics in 2014, and I am currently doing my PhD research in informatics at the Doctoral School of Applied Informatics and Applied Mathematics at Obuda University in Budapest. The focus of my doctoral research is system design of machine learning-enabled frameworks capable of delivering data-driven strategic advice.
I am an early-career social researcher specializing in sociology, ethics, and anthropology. My primary research interests include communication in the digital age, the impact of artificial intelligence, social design in education and healthcare, and applied data analysis. I am open to new projects and research opportunities and highly value new experiences.
